In vanilla, the tossing range for grenades is '2', or short range; I disliked how often my grenade-throwing characters would be caught in their own bomb's radius, and so have long used modded solutions to alleviate that annoyance. While Offkorn's Bombs - Range Extension handles the applicable items from Origins, the 'companion' mod by LemmingoftheGDA for Awakening (called something like 'Increased Grenade Ranges DAA') is sadly no longer available.

This is my best-guess re-interpretation of the latter, made when I found my own backup had gone bad, as I was modding-up for one last DAA run.

To mirror the options available in Offkorn's Origins mod, I've included both Medium and Long range versions... INSTALL ONLY ONE!!!!!!

The Medium version increases the throwing range of Dispel and Elemental Grenades from '2' to '3'; the bombs from Dworkin's quest were already at Medium range and have not been altered.

The Long version increases the throwing range of all Awakening grenades to '4'.

Add either the tsm_daa_bombs_medium or tsm_daa_bombs_long folder to your override.

Delete the tsm_daa_bombs_medium or tsm_daa_bombs_long folder to your override.

Will conflict with other abi_gxa. GDA edits that affect the following IDs:

430040 / GXA_ITEM_DISPEL_GRENADE

430041 / GXA_ITEM_CHROMATIC_GRENADE

430120 / GXA_ITEM_DWORKIN_EXPLOSIVES

430121 / GXA_ITEM_DWORKIN_HIGH_EXPLOSIVES

I recommend the Medium range version, as the Long range feels very cheat-y and unbalancing.

And if you've got Lemming's mod, use that... it's probably a million times better than my attempt.
