Ser Gilmore, the Human Noble's Highever knight temporary companion, is equipped with a Longsword but no shield. That seems like an oversight, since his default talents include Shield Bash and Shield Block. To correct that, I've given him a Metal Kite Shield.

I've also swapped his default medium Chainmail armor for a  more knightly set Heavy Chainmail, but there's also an alternate file with just the added shield, if you'd prefer minimal changes.

Installation:

For the shield + Heavy Chainmail armor, place the tsm_gilmore_shield folder into \BioWare\Dragon Age\packages\core\override.

Or, for just the added shield, use the tsm_gilmore_shield_alt folder.

Un-Installation:

Delete the tsm_gilmore_shield (or tsm_gilmore_shield_alt) folder.

Notes, blather, and known issues:

Will conflict with any other UTC editing  Ser Gilmore (bhn100cr_gilmore.utc). Must be installed prior to starting a new game with the Human Noble origin for the equipment change to appear.

I don't use the Ser Gilmore companion mod, so I have no idea whether play nice with that. Sorry.
