Time does not heal all wounds

regeneration outside of combat has been drastically reduced to less than 1 point per 3 seconds. Stamina/mana is reduced low as well so now potions actually have a purpose.

Just put it in your override and make sure it is last. If you use my level 99 mod then replace the properties GDA with this one. This also does contain cap boosts so don't use any mod that increases the damage caps as this mod already does it.
