Thedosian Grey Warden Rebalance and Loghain Armor

I really like everything about Thedosian Grey Wardens, except for the overpowered stats on all of its armor that you get in Ostagar. This mod rebalances the sets to be more balanced for early game content. My goal was for them to still be great when you get them but not something you would keep on all game.

Sets rebalanced: Heavy Warden Armor, Warden Scout Armor, Warden Battlemage Armor, Alistair's Grey Warden Coat Armor

• []Majorly reduced stat bonuses on everything

  []Lowered tier to 2 (tier 1 for mage armor)

  []Replaced '+16 damage to darkspawn' with 'weakens nearby darkspawn'

  []Gave Alistair's DAI set an actual armor bonus

  []Adjusted strength requirements on sets: Warden Battlemage now has no requirement while the Heavy Warden does

  []You now only receive one set of armor at Ostagar, depending on class

  []You will receive the original statted items in the Grey Warden vault in Denerim

  []Loghain will receive his own version of Alistair's Grey Warden Coat if recruited in a short 'quest'
