The Soldier and the Seawolf

DasStimmvieh came up with the idea of introducing a backstory from the times of Maric's Rebellion, introduced in Dragon Age: The World of Thedas Volume 2. I usually approach any lore sources besides the first game and the few books written around its release with reserve, but the tale of Bryce and Eleanor's first meeting is certainly something nice, especially for the Cousland players.

The mod adds the known stanzas of the "The Soldier and the Seawolf" sea chantey, written to commemorate the less than ideal first meeting between the two. As ironic it is, young Bryce Cousland chose the same chantey at his proposal to his beloved. Eleanor must've been so amused at the soldier's attempt at singing, she stopped him at the third stanza and accepted him - thus only these stanzas are known today.

Eleanor's war past as a brave sea captain during the Rebellion also shows in a certain detail during the Human Noble origin. Bryce's affection to his wife has been so strong that he tends to call their youngest child - the player, as "pup", after the mother who was known as "the Seawolf".

A new codex entry, found in Books and Songs, "The Soldier and the Seawolf" is added to the journal after speaking to Eleanor for the first time.
