Sten - Starting Equipment AFTER Cage Release

Wanted to give Sten a balanced starting armor set and weapon for him once you release him from the cage, so that you don't have to buy him one, nor do you have to mix and match different spare armor pieces in your inventory, when you can give him a nice looking set that stands out a little.

To install, just throw this bad boy in your override folder, and you're good to go!
