Statues and Totems - Higher resolution textures - HR HD HQ

📜DESCRIPTION

I just began a dalish elf playthrough and when we found the statue with Tamlen and the camera zoomed on it...

Well, it was a blurry texture mess... ! 😂

I had to do something about it !

So my adventure on higher resolution statues/totems began.

Yes, because when I updated this one I was not able to unsee the other one in the dalish camp, and then the "magic rock" just behind...

(please don't ask me why I do this! 🤣)

I will update the mod with new retextures for any others statues I think is needing it during my playthrough.

For the moment, I retextured 5.

I have no idea if another mod retextures them already as I don't use full overhaul mods nor a lot of mods in general... let's say mine is a standalone for statues! 😊

The vanilla textures are very very low resolutions.

I made them higher but not too much either, to avoid any memory issues, I don't think it is necessary anyway.

I hope some of you will like it ! :)

Don't hesitate to tell me if you have issues or suggestions !

💾 INSTALLATION

You just need to move the mod folder with the textures files (.dds) in your override folder.

C:\Users\username\Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age\packages\core\override

If for any reasons it does not work (probably something/another mod overriding it) you can place the mod folder in the toolsetexport folder. (if it does not exist, create it)

C:\Users\username\Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age\packages\core\override\toolsetexport

🔧To uninstall, just delete the mod folder.
