Adds 20 new, vibrant colours for hairs in the character creator.
A simple rainbow of hair tints in 20 colours - Bright and Pastel series.
The chargenmorph.cfg as provided contains no compatability and so if you want to use other character creator content alongside this one, I suggest using the CharGenMorph Compiler.
In my opinion, the bright tints would be good for making World of Warcraft's night elves or trolls.
