Quality of Life changes to reduce the requirement of outside game tracking or guides.

Personally, I never skipped the Fade, but I did eventually make a faster Fade experience with one of my early mods—after getting sick of having to open up a guide page for each playthrough. Besides that after all these years of playing—I had this one piece of paper in my desk—which has a check list for the Fade Essences (which I would manually check off every playthrough). If I was missing one—I'd never know which—and trying to re-locate each Essences was not fun. This piece of paper also had the Summoning Science order on it. Finally, I decided to make a mod that would leave me dependent of these tracking/guides once and for all! So I thought I'd share.

Plot Assists Gauntlet Bridge Puzzle

Comprehensive Plot Assists added for the Gauntlet Bridge Puzzle. Triggered by loading into the area (may require a saving and reloading of the area), and clicking the sections of the solid bridge. Each click (so click carefully) will remove a mark from the unneeded switch to the new switch. After moved click the marked bridge section for the next plot assignment. Note some of the plot assist do flicker and hide while moving around/viewing the room.

Fade Essence Tracking

A Journal Entry tracking the accumulation of Essences during The Fade: Lost in Dreams. Includes Plot Assist and map highlighting of all Essences. Requires first time entry to the Fade during Broken Circle. Note: If you spam click an Essence (a known exploit cheat)—you will prematurely complete the check list.

Plot Assists Summoning Sciences

Comprehensive Plot Assists added during each round of Summoning Sciences. Step by step object Plot Assists with map highlights.

Plot Assists Watchguard of the Reaching
