One second cooldowns and AW drawn weapon casting

What it does :- Some of you may know that One second cooldown and AW Drawn Weapon casting have incompatabilities with each other, until i made this, originally you could only have the choice of one or the other (drawn weapon casting or the one second cooldown) but now i\'ve made this so they\'re both in one simple download that both work together as one. The one second cool down goes for everything from sustainables right up to poultices, the only ones left unchanged are your opponents. The drawn weapon spellcasting does exactly what it says, instead of sheathing your weapon on (X) spell you will now cast the spell with your weapon still drawn. Installation :- Place into your Override folder: My Documents/Bioware/Dragon Age/Packages/Core/Override Known issues:- None what-so-ever. Incompatible with anything that use \"ABI_Base.
