Stops monsters and player using Overwhelm
Simple mod, makes overwhelm cost 999 stamina to stop it being used.
Side effect is that player's mabari hound is probably also no longer able to use overwhelm, but I made this with solo play in mind anyways.
To install just drop file in Override folder
