Multi_Lng City elf prelude scene fix

Description

This modification corrects the first meeting scene PC with Vaughan in the city elf prelude.

This modification is incompatible with any other modifications that modify similar files.

Installation instructions

1. Unzip the archive.

2. Place the file from the unzipped archive into the override folder.

3. Installation and uninstallation are allowed at any time during the game.

4. No need to start a new game.

Main features

Eliminates the "teleportation" of NPC's in the scene of the player's first encounter with Vaughan.
