MarVelous Facelift – Complete NPC Overhaul

Is a comprehensive NPC facial overhaul for Dragon Age: Origins that redesigns the appearance of characters throughout the entire game.

This mod replaces and improves the facial morphs of

 NPCs, giving them more natural proportions, more believable features, and greater visual diversity while remaining faithful to the original style of the game.

Design Philosophy

Rather than dramatically altering characters, this overhaul focuses on subtle improvements to facial structure and proportions.

Many original NPC faces in Dragon Age: Origins share similar morph structures and exaggerated features. This mod adjusts those morphs to create more varied, realistic, and culturally distinctive faces across Ferelden and beyond.

Each NPC was individually reviewed and adjusted to improve overall realism while preserving their identity within the game.
