Personal Thoughts

I roleplay my Mahariel and Tamlen as having only admitted their feelings for each other the previous night.

To me that fits in with their whole "why are you here?" and "we'll talk later" conversation.

Finally sharing romantic feelings for a longtime friend and having a first kiss can often cause both parties to be a little shy or feel awkward the next day, until they have another talk.

So, that is where this kiss began.

I tied this scene into my A Flower from Tamlen, as you will see from the pictures and if you choose to use this mod.

And I believe it to be a nice compliment to my Clan Sabrae Says Goodbye to Tamlen.

This mod adds a cutscene to the beginning of the Dalish Elf Origin for those of us who romance Tamlen.

For both male and female Dalish elves.

Available the first time you return to the Dalish Elf camp after exploring the cave.

The scene allows Mahariel to remember their first and only kiss with Tamlen.

It is meant to be a slow, sensual, romantic moment that begins with you staring into each other's eyes, holding each other, and then going in for a tender but intense kiss.

After the scene is triggered, you will receive "Bellanaris - Tamlen's Ring" in your inventory.

Bellanaris is elven for "Eternity".

It is a wearable ring with powerful stats, so it's still helpful later in the game.

An entry will be added to the "Items" section of the Codex that will tell you the backstory of how you originally got the ring.
