Keep Your Mouth Shut - Dwarf Commoner

Fixes a long-standing issue I've had that basically made the Dwarf Commoner origin unplayable for me by letting us keep our mouth shut. You don't say anything to the proving guard, but you suddenly get chatty in the arena?

Even if the other fighters don't know what Everd sounds like, they certainly know he's a man, so this is mainly for my fellow lady Broscas, but it will work for dudes too.

Drop it in your override. I can't imagine there's any other mod this could conflict with.
