Jowan Farewell - Jowan's Intention

Lyrical digression:

Have you ever felt disappointed when your Warden-mage kicked your friend out from the dungeon for saving his life (metagaming, but I'll write about it later), then passed through the quest bugs (My mod doesn't fix this bug - but it doesn't conflict with any, either use bugfix that you want, console variant will work too), finally meet Jowan and got... Nothing! Really nothing!  No special reaction to a former or not -so-former friend. I was very offended and that's why I wrote this mod - it will be interesting for players, who believe that mage and Jowan story and their conversation is not over.

About mod:

By choosing either of the additional lines (4 or 5, they are not available for other backgrounds.), the Warden-mage can ask Jowan to stay (wait until the refugees left) and start new conversation. Tell him about events, that happened after Jowan left the dungeon — and others. You can apologize to him, or, conversely, say everything you think of him, and you can even kill him, but of course, this mod will be far more interesting for players who care about Jowan.

The blood mage has a unique branch with confessions and different reactions from Jowan — see for yourself. After the dialogue ends, the quest will be correctly marked as completed - according to your actions. I tried to be objective and wrote varied reactions, I’m ready to explain in detail why I chose certain lines and outcomes. If nothing here works for you and, speaking in fanfic terms, you see only OOC — then this mod is not for you. If the dialogue seems overly dramatic or naive - doesn't it seem to you - it's just like that. I needed an emotional talk with a friend, and that’s exactly what I tried to write. Fully voiced in English and Russian - not perfect of course - I beg your pardon.

Yeah, the fact that Ar wouldn't free Jowan is metagaming, but I'll fix that with my next mod (it won't be soon, haha)

UPDATED 21. 09. 26

A new version (2. 0.) uses a revised string ID range and no longer conflicts with ARR and does not require patches for Theodosian Grey Wardens. A few cosmetic adjustments have also been made.

Please delete any previous versions and install the latest -  just use dazip in the language you need (for players using the Russian translation with English voiceovers, I’ve included a separate archive containing the facial animations.)
