Adds the shoulder guard to the female elf version of heavy armor.
This is just a small mod adding the shoulder guard found in most versions of the heavy armors to the ones for female elves. update: I added an optional file for those that wish to have added both the missing shoulder guard AND the skirt plates that the other heavy armors have. You only need one or the other.
