Elf model for DA2 Templar Armor

This adds elf models with LOD to the Kirkwall Exports armour and helmets, which Templars of Ferelden uses. Viva La Orlais and anything that includes it (such as dalishious's Unoffical Remaster) uses the same filepath, so it should work on that also.

I mostly made this so the elf female NPC in Alley of Murders won't be a floating head. But it should be able to go on any elf female you like.

Update: I added elf male file. The skirt clips a lot when running but I think the human one does that as well.

Unzip and place folder(s) into your My Documents\Bioware\Dragon Age\packages\core\override folder.

You need one of the mods listed above, or these files will just sit in your override and not do anything.
