Denerim Visual Renewal Retexture

While I loved NaomiJPN's Denerim - Visual Renewal, I did feel that it was a little too bright and clean for Denerim. So I went into GIMP and turned down the saturation a bit.

Upon learning of this, NaomiJPN encouraged me to share my version so that others who felt similarly could use the variations as well.

These textures are the ownership of NaomiJPN! I just fiddled with the colors a little bit.

You do not need Denerim Visual Renewal for this, BUT I suggest you download it anyway! The other textures are very pretty.

INSTALLATION

Extract into your override folder.

If using Denerim Visual Renewal, delete the Denerim Master Texture folder and extract mine there. Pick either High Resolution or Middle Resolution. Delete the one you don't use.

UNINSTALLATION

Delete the Denerim Master Texture folder.

NOTES ON THE TEXTURES

Pretty Desaturated is just NaomiJPN's original texture, desaturated by around 50 percent. This makes Denerim look clean but weathered. The beautiful carvings in NaomiJPN's texture are very obvious here, so it looks like Denerim's citizens lovingly decorated their homes.

Pretty Grimy is the original Denerim texture, overlaid on NaomiJPN's texture. This keeps the original holes and cracks in the plaster, while making the carvings fainter. So it looks like the carvings are older and eroded, like the citizens didn't care about the upkeep anymore.

I only added the Blue Glass window textures, because that's what I use.
