Convenient Fade Boosts

Description

Essences in the Fade now grant attribute points you can spend however you wish - no more random or sub-optimal bonuses.

By popular demand, I've added several different variations (or "flavors", if you will) that some players might find more balanced. Instead of awarding unspent attribute points, these flavors instead boost specific stats.

I've also renamed all essences and fonts to Echo of Power so I wouldn't encounter e.g. an Essence of Dexterity providing a Magic boost. The new name is sufficiently agnostic to remain consistent with the actual stat boosts. Unfortunately, the names are not localized - even if you aren't playing in English, they will still be called Echo of Power.

Installation

Drop the files into your override folder.

Compatibility

Incompatible with any mod that changes the same files (none that I know of).

Also incompatible with custom classes if you're using a specific flavor. In that case, you won't get a stat boost, but the essence won't be consumed anyway.

The 'Convenient Fade Boosts' version (which awards unspent attribute points) is compatible with custom classes.
