Awakening Fixes and Tweaks

A collection of small fixes and tweaks.  Changes are modular, so install the folders you want.

--Missing Codices:  restores some missing codex entries.

2. 0: no longer conflicts with Awakening Silverite Mines Bugfix.  The codex entries will now update upon returning to Vigil's Keep after completing the relevant quests.

--Intro Chests:  Unlocks the locked chests in the intro if the PC is a mage or warrior.

--Oghren's Gifts:  Resets Oghren's gift counter so that it doesn't count Origin's gifts against you, and also adjusts his approval based on Origins.

--Baroness's Reward:   You now actually get the reward you bargained for.

--Ines Without Wynne:  if you killed Wynne, the quest to find Ines will be on the Chanter's Board instead.  Also changes a dialog check about Ines' books to look for the Herbalism skill instead of whether the PC is a mage.

--Little Dialog Edits: restores a few cut lines in two endgame dialogs, and a couple minor edits to Velanna's dialog to/from non-Dalish elves.

(2. 2)  Restored a cut dialog branch where Wynne grumps at the PC for being a blood mage and huffs off instead of giving her quest.  Doesn't trigger for Orlesian Wardens, or imported Wardens who were friendly with Wynne.

--Everybody Lives (except Varel): Prevents the erroneous codex entry updates that say your followers die when left at an upgraded Vigil's Keep, if the epilogue will say they survived.  As a bonus, this seems to fix that annoying DA2 import bug, since DA2 looks at that specific codex plot flag.

--Open Guardhouse:  Gives you the guardhouse key once you're committed to Law and Order, so you can recruit Jacen even if you play lawfully.  Also some other small changes to Jacen's dialog and morph.

1. 9:  Moves the cage key to an unlocked placeable, for friendly wardens only.

--Rumblings Reward:  Get rewarded for turning in the quest Rumblings from Beneath, like the game says you do.   :)

--Adria and Her Dog: Edits to the quest "Adria's Plight", mostly to expand options in the dog's dialog, and also to prevent a bug in Adria's dialog.

--Riot Scene Tweaks:  A couple smallish changes to "The Peasant Revolution" dialog tree, avoiding the bad epilogue slide.

--Companion Starting Abilities:  some edits to companion autolevel tables: makes Anders start with the 'Flame Blast' ability, since he's using it in his introductory cutscene;  gives Justice the Grey Warden ability, so he can wear Grey Warden gear; and (2. 2) swaps a couple of Velanna's fire spells around so she doesn't learn them out of order.

--Approval 100 Bugfix:  prevents the weird bug that shoots your followers' approval up to 100 when you recruit them or at their first approval change.
