📋 About This Mod
Allows 1 second cooldowns in conjunction with drawn weapon spell casting.
A lot of people want to eliminate cooldown from spells and talents, along with allowing their arcane mage to cast spells without needing to sheathe their weapons, so I made a GDA file that does both. Just drop the file into the override folder and delete other GDA files that affect cooldown or allow drawn weapon casting.
