Changes stealth speed from 0.6 to 1.0
The other mods for stealth speed were too fast for me, so I made a slower (but faster than unmodded) one.
I changed this line in skill_stealth.nss:
float fSpeed = 0. 6f; // base speed decrease
float fSpeed = 1. 0f; // base speed decrease
And that's all.
To install, extract and place in Documents/BioWare/Dragon Age/packages/core/override.
