Add Dog

Now, if you don't have Return to Ostagar and you forget to save Dog, you can still recruit him as a follower at any time during the course of the game after completing the Imperial Highway Quest in Lothering.  Add Dog checks to see if Dog has been recruited when you enter camp for the first time (the real camp, not the archdemon cutscene camp).  It is NOT necessary to complete all of Lothering to get the dog quest.  All that is necessary is accessing the real camp.  If Dog has not been recruited, an elven scout will be added to camp.  Talk with him, complete his quest, and Dog is yours.
