📋 About This Mod

Hi everyone!  Thanks to Tzarev's now deleted mod which removed the mud paint and that bloody awful neckscarf thing I've been happily rocking around looking all buff in the best armour mesh in the game.  I make a lot of characters though, and got fed up of changing the skin colour every time.

This retexture (again, thanks to Tsarev, I couldn't have done it if they hadn't uploaded the project files) just uses some of the textures of the Stone Bear armour to make a lore friendly version of the Avvar armour that covers all of the skin, and I used various images of animal fur to make the trousers.  I don't know how to make some things tintable and other things shiny, I'm afraid.  It is basic and imperfect, but I do like it and I thought someone else might too.  Works for all males, although Qunari necks aren't long enough and leave some black space between the throat and the neck of the armour in some angles, so please only use if you don't mind!  Scratch that, it works for human, elven, and dwarf males, but it's not working for Qunari.

Install with Frosty mod manager, import new textures using the project files in Frosty Editor.

2022-04-04: I've added a couple of bare chested options with different skin tones.

2022-04-04: Added a smooth, pale skin, bare chest version that was made by darkanya, and also added another file containing instructions showing how to change the texture in Frosty Editor and export it to a new mod.

I've included the project files and the texture file, which is a PNG that you only need to edit in Gimp or Photoshop or whatever and import back over the top in the project files in the Frosty Editor.  It's really easy, I don't know anything about modding in Frosty and I managed it!  Feel free to release any retextures you make and please do ping me a message if you do make any, I'd love to see them!

Invisible Starting Armour

Skyhold Outfit and Formal Attire Replacements (for Avvar armour as PJs)

And also I'm using the Nvidia Experience graphical overlay, which I use to tone down DA:Inquisition's eye popping colours.
