Spirit Blade 9000

Good day Inquisitor,

As you know the Mages are constantly learning new ways to perform magic and tap into the energies of the Fade. To that end our Knight Enchanters have developed a new method of summoning your spirit blade. This method merges the energies of the fade with the wielders raw will and determination to manifest a blade so powerful it can cut the gods themselves!

Do with this power what thou will.

Commander Miren

Right, so this keeps the changes to the Spirit Blade introduced in patches, but instead of having to charge the blade to 99 charges, the charges always stay at 99. According to the changes, 99 charges will unleash 1000% weapon damage when the blade strikes.

This makes the Amplified Blade enhancement superfluous since you will not need to generate charges. However, I haven't tested if you do more damage with this option since it unleashes all stored charge into the blade strike. Leave a post if you figure this out.

Stay safe out there Knight Enchanters!

Installation:

This mod uses Frosty's Mod Manager . The latest version of the Mod Manager can mix and match DAIMods and Frosty's mods. Most DAI Mods work.

My mod changes a single EBX entry, da3/combat/stats/stat_doomblade_counter

It will conflict with other mods such as Spirit Blade: Revert Nerf which completely removes all the changes done to Spirit Blades, so investigate that if you don't just want an always charged Blade.

I'll probably check these posts now and again to answer any questions.
