Custom recolor of the "Outerwear" PJ's (all four variants) in black and red made especially for maagisterpavus's Inquisitor Rowan Lavellan to suit his lore™.EM Only
The main part of the outfit is black, with only the scarf part being red. Affects all rogue armors that use the outwear as the base. Scarf is NOT tintable. Everything else is tintable as expected. It might be edited to include more recolors for additional races, if I feel up to it.
