PJ and Light Armor Tinting Tweaks FOR FROSTY

This is danexuslurker's "PJ and Light Armor Tinting Tweaks" mod converted for Frosty Mod Manager.

As of right now, I have only converted the Leather pants version and the Leather pants with cloth bootcuffs version for ALL inquisitors. If there is a demand, I may convert the other versions as well.

Also, each version includes the edit for all inquisitors, so you only need to choose which version you want, not which inquisitor to install for.
