Notes on Retexturing Male Orlesian Nobles

The file structure for male orlesian noble npc textures is very confusing, and I took a fair number of notes while making DressUp/DressDown...notes that are utterly useless to me now that the mod is done, but I hate to just throw all that data away.  So here they are.  They are NOT INFALLIBLE: they have holes, probably a few errors, and they're organized to match my own weird thought processes, but maybe they'll be helpful anyway.
