📋 About This Mod
More Loot - Remade
This mod allows you to alter the loot tables to increase the drop rate of gold, armour, weapons and other items. It's fully configurable and comes in four versions. The only difference between each version is the default settings to make it easier for you each time you merge. It also means you don't really need to understand what all the values do. The DLCs use some of the basic loot tables, which this mod will affect, but also use some of their own special high level tables which this mod does not affect.
There are over 400 loot tables in the game. This mod affects just over two hundred of them. If you're getting more loot in some areas but not in others, that's the reason. For instance, many individual creatures will not drop more loot, but generic demons and mage enemies will.
Many loot tables in the game are fixed, including the ones in the prologue. This mod will not affect those tables in any way.
-
[]Standard - Enemies and containers are much more likely to drop both gold and loot. When you find gold, there will be much more of it. Min/Max of crafting materials are tripled
[
]Minimal - Enemies and containers are slightly more likely to drop both gold and loot. When you find gold, there will be slightly more of it. Min/Max of crafting materials are doubled[]Crafting - Enemies and containers are moderately more likely to drop both gold and loot. When you find gold, there will be moderately more of it. Min/Max of crafting materials are tripled. Crafting materials and Schematics are more likely than other items
[]Extreme - Enemies and containers are much more likely to drop both gold and loot. When you find gold, there will be much more of it. Min/Max of crafting materials are very high. Containers will almost always have loot and gold.
Here's what the various configuration options do:
[]Override Drop Probability - Higher values increase the chance that enemies will drop loot when they die.
[]Increment Probabilities - Affects the drop rate of all loot which you haven't specified an override for. If you want your loot drops heavily skewed towards schematics for example, don't increase this at the same time. (Compare with Boost Override Weights))
[]Gold Probability - The chance of a chest or enemy dropping gold.
[]Gold Quality
MoreLoot - Remade is a gameplay overhaul that rebuilds Dheuster's MoreLoot mod, updating random loot tables so enemies drop more items and gold, and increasing the chance of finding weapons, gold, schematics, and crafting materials in chests. With nearly 12,000 endorsements and over 327,000 downloads, it's a popular choice for players seeking a more rewarding loot experience.

📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Huge community trust: 11,990 endorsements and 327,701 downloads show it's widely used and appreciated.
- Directly addresses loot scarcity—more drops from enemies and better chest loot means less grinding.
- Simple concept, no bloat: just tweaks loot tables, so it's easy to understand and likely compatible with other gameplay mods.
⚠️ Cons
- No detailed changelog or patch notes provided, so you can't see exactly what changed beyond the basics.
- Last updated January 2025—if the game has had major updates since, it might need a compatibility check.
- No mention of compatibility with other loot mods, so you might need to test load order yourself.
For players who feel loot drops are too stingy and want a more generous experience without overhauling the whole game. Also great for those who enjoyed the original MoreLoot but want an updated version. Skip if you prefer balanced or hardcore loot scarcity.
💡 Beginner Tips
- If you're using a mod manager, just download and activate—no extra steps needed.
- Check if the game has a built-in mod folder or requires manual placement; the description doesn't specify, so look for a readme or common install paths.
- Since it affects loot tables, it's best to start a new save or test in an existing one to see if the increased drops feel right for your playthrough.
