Fixes the Emerald Graves - Artifact Requisition in the Graves (Dalish Artifact) quest so that you can continue getting requisitions after completing it. This will need to be active when you complete the quest.
If your game is already broken, use the optional Repair mod as well. Talk to the Requisition Officer while the Repair mod is active, get a new quest, save, exit and disable the Repair mod (or the officer will just keep giving you new quests before you finish the previous one).
