Emerald Faction for Frosty

Frosty conversion of the Emerald Faction from unniebee's wonderful Faction Recolors. Should work in all areas, including the dlcs. The only issue seems to be a glitching banner in the Jaws of Hakkon, which is a common thing with all Frosty faction recolors out there - if you've ever played the JoH with one installed, you know what I'm talking about. It works fine everywhere else, so hopefully that won't be too much of a bother.
