Discount Stores

Added a file that fixes the decoration store in Val Royeaux. Download it and merge it with whatever version of the full free stores mod you have. The mod manager will say it overwrites val9 in the freestores mod, ignore that.

For those asking when this will be updated for the DLC stores, I have good news and bad news. Good news I have the mods made and ready. Bad news is the mod manager has trouble merging them because DLC files are weird. So whenever the next mod manager is released is when you'll be able to ransack the DLC stores (which doesn't mean aggressively ask when the next manager will come out).

Also this should be known by now, but any other mods that affect stores will conflict with this one.  Seggrich and Craftorama by badken will be overwritten by this mod, so you'll have to merge without this mod to get that to work. but honestly you'll have so much money from Seggrich that you probably won't need this so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

There are three separate files: Free Stores - All items from stores are free. This includes mounts and the influence salesman in Skyhold. Free Stores No Influence - The same as above, but doesn't affect the influence salesman at Skyhold Discount Stores - All items from stores are 85% off. Includes the salesman and mounts.
