DAI PartyBanter Tweaks - DAI Version

This only exists because of Artofeel's original mod (https://www.nexusmods.com/dragonageinquisition/mods/3603).

It is meant for those players who either can't or won't use Frosty. I, myself, had trouble running Frosty on linux, hence this mod. Weirdly enough, DAIMM, despite being an older mod manager, worked perfectly and immediately outside the box on linux (using the latest GE-Proton version btw). For some reason (I suspect it's the quirky symbolic links and other NTFS shenanigans) I couldn't get Frosty to work so I just gave up on that and instead worked to get this mod working on DAIMM. I only converted the 3-7 min file and the Western Approach fix as well, and that's about it. I probably won't convert the other files from the original mod because I think that those two are more than enough: hearing banters at an average of one per 5 mins is in the perfect goldilocks zone for me as it's not too short to be repetitive and annoying, and not too long like the original game which makes the game feel eerily empty and silent.
