BUG FIX Lore Requisition on the Plains

Fixes the Requisition mission to find Orlesian Lore in Exalted Plains.

To clarify: this mod fixes the bug where this specific requisition would take your items and immediately show up in your journal again without talking to the Requisition Officer. It would therefore never leave your journal even if you collected all the items repeatedly.

Electricfish (ZorrCrew) did the real work and I made the edits.

• []In vanilla, the Recipe (DA3/equipment/crafting/recipes/recipe_dales_plains_cultuire_orlesian) points to the incorrect ItemPattern,

  []It is set to da3/equipment/crafting/special/equip_template_culture_orlesian,

• It should be da3/equipment/crafting/special/equip_template_dalesplains_orlesian_culture.

  electricfish: The recipe links to equip_template_culture_orlesian, but that isn't correct. It should be linking to equip_template_dalesplains_orlesian_culture

  electricfish: That file even has the appropriate ActionSchematic part filled out for Orlesian_culture_acquired

  electricfish: Lucky find, really. I opened up Frosty to see if I could change the links easier and then export it, but mistakenly opened up the "correct" equip_template file and was super confused because it has the ActionSchematic filled out
