Basic version gives 100% more Fire/Lightning/Frost damage at the cost of 25% of your total HP.
Enhanced version gives 175% more Fire/Lightning/Frost damage at the cost of 50% of your total HP.
Superb version gives 250% more Fire/Lightning/Frost damage at the cost of 75% of your total HP.
With this mod, the basic version of the belts costs 30% of your total HP, damage buff is unaffected.
Enhanced version buffs the damage to 200% at the cost of 20% of your total HP.
Superb version buffs the damage to 300% at the cost of 10% of your total HP.
