📋 About This Mod
This mod was an special request from one of my friends, but given that some people here seamed to like it, we decided to share it because why the hell not,
There's not much to say, Alistair's design for DAI has never been my favorite, he's an important (and very nostalgic) NPC so the Cullen-like appearence is not right for Mr. swooping is bad. Skin has been retouched to enhance it a little, added shadows to contour the character features like cheekbones, the sides of the forehead, and those precious necklines. I also added a couple of moles in the left side of his neck, because "...couple of interesting moles..." ARE interesting. Shiny/Oily skin is gone.
It's been 10 years since the blight and he, both as King or Warden, is filled with worries (specially as romanced warden) so i gave him a tousled hairstyle, like if he has been passing his hand constantly throught his hair due to stress, so the orientation of the hair was important too.
Both, the hair & skin, comes in two versions, Vanilla tones & Darker tones. Bioware has this "tendency" to bleach Alistair skin and hair with each game, i'm a hardcore fan of DAO and i fear that if a DA4 happens he'll be the next Snow Queen, man, so i edited both files tints, to make him more close to his original appearence. Each file is separated, so you can choose, between the vanilla tones that DAI gave us, to make him more close to his original colors in DAO with the darker ones, or combine the vanilla with the darker tones.
Heavily inspired by THIS king Alistair concept art. Please, keep in mind that the light in the maps has an impact on how textures look. Depending on the light he'll look eather with darker eye circles or reddish cheeks or, if he's your Warden and he goes to visit Morrigan in skyhold, the darker hairtint will still look light blonded. FULL CREDIT TO STARRARTE FOR THE HEX USED IN THE HAIRTINT.
