Chic Dress for Rook (with optional Neve replacer)

Updated June 10th: Added a new version of the mod for Neve. Please check the information under the spoiler for all details and do not have that version installed alongside Rook's. Custom versions for Bellara and Harding may arrive later when my retexturing muse visits me again.

To ensure the mod works correctly, do the following:

• []Turn off ray-tracing[/]

  []Set Level of Detail to at least Medium[/]

  []Disable Upscaling (you may also need to tweak your Anti-Aliasing settings - I'm using an NVIDIA card and have to set it to DLAA to make imported models/alpha edits display correctly)[/]

Replaces Searcher's Kit for Rooks using the feminine body type. NPCs wearing this armour and the masc Rook version of it are not affected. Compatible with other swap mods. Comes with a custom icon and description. I was doing a lot of early testing of that dress without the shoes, and it's honestly weird to look at it with shoes now, so I also made a barefoot version.

On the off-chance you are using my More Consistent UI mod (💙💙), place that mod below the dress in your mod order.

You may see some distortions on the model depending on your Rook's body type. Veilguard armours are weighted to the average feminine/masculine body, and the further your Rook deviates from that, the more likely issues are to occur. The physics on the skirt are also Not Good. The outfit is best perceived while Rook is standing still.

Notes for Neve's version:

ー As the top of the description says, do not have that version installed alongside the dress for Rook. You will end up with broken meshes either on Rook or Neve

ー Replaces Neve's casual outfit and the starting armour

ー The dress egregiously clips with Neve's prosthetic. Unfortunately, current Veilguard modding just does not support cloth physics, and there isn't really a way to shape the dress around the prosthetic without it looking awkward

ー The mod includes a description file edit. If you'd like to make it compatible with other swap mods, you'll need to use these bundles:

Installation

Install using the latest Frosty Mod Manager. Latest releases are available here. You can use PinkyDude's tutorial to set it up.
