Bellara Final Dialogue Tweak

I always felt that Bellara's final dialogue was a bit lacklustre and impersonal, considering it doesn't even bring up the final choice of personal quest. Turns out, there is a version of that dialogue that touches upon Bellara's feelings on the future of the elves with regard to her keeping or releasing the archive! But it plays only if you completed all of her quests except Cyrian's funeral. Which I find to be an odd choice.

This mod forces the game to disregard that Cyrian's funeral quest was completed and play the other set of lines instead. On the technical side of things, it changes the trigger from "The Forest of Spirits was completed" to "The game was completed", essentially making the line impossible to trigger unless you are purposefully messing with your game.
