Also increases the speed of weapon talents. This quickens combat (and makes it much more realistic, in my opinion). There are five different versions. Try each of them out to see which one suits your preference the best. Tested with versions 1. 02a and later (may work with earlier versions, but I haven\'t gotten the chance to try them). ============================= What\'s Included ============================= - Versions: 1) 10% 2) 25% 3) 50% 4) 75% (***Note: this mode is VERY fast.) 5) Balanced - 1h melee = 30% - Daggers = unchanged - 2h melee = 40% - Shorbows = 30% - Crossbows = 30% - Longbows = 40% - Staves = 25% ============================= Changelog ============================= ==09. 21. 2010== - Increased compatibility with other mods, most notably with Combat Tweaks. ==09. 07. 2010== - Added a \"balanced\" mode: a hand-tweaked version that I feel gives the most realistic speed in combat. Fights are fast and fierce, but not too fast. Note that even though 2h melee weapons, for instance, are 40% faster and 1h melee are 30% faster, this doesn\'t mean that a greatsword is faster than a longsword. I\'ve just increased them by a percentage based on their original animations. ============================= Known Issues ============================= ==09. 21. 2010== - Some mods that modify weapon properties in itemstats.gda. ============================= Installing ============================= - UnRAR the archive into a new folder - Choose your preferred version and delete the other folders. - Copy \"\\faster_weapons\\\" into your C:\\...\\My Documents\\ Bioware\\Dragon Age\\Packages\\Core\\Override\\\" directory. ============================= Uninstalling ============================= - Delete the \"\\faster_weapons\\\" folder from your \"\\override\\\" directory.
