Buffed Aneirin's Token

Description

Aneirin's Token feels underwhelming, especially considering its significance to Wynne. It was given to her by her first apprentice as a way to make amends, representing the release of a burden she'd carried for years. And yet, it provides a very situational:

+10% electricity resistance

+10% nature resistance

+10% spirit resistance

Stronger amulets can be found before acquiring it, such as The Spellward. This makes the token feel like a missed opportunity, particularly given its unique effect: it boosts Wynne’s Vessel of the Spirit. Yes, I am aware keeping Aneirin's Token in the player's inventory is sufficient for the condition to trigger in the vanilla game, but that always felt cheap to me. Besides, Dain's Fixes provides an edit that makes it so the amulet must be equipped for her spell to be buffed.

This mod makes Aneirin's Token a viable amulet for end-game, replacing the original stats with:

+5 willpower

+2 mana regeneration in combat

+10% spell resistance

Reduces hostility (implemented by Dain's Fixes, it provides -1. 5 threat per second)

This last property feels fitting, considering Aneirin seems to embody a sort of Tom Bombadil character - much like him, Aneirin prefers to live in harmony with nature, and doesn't seem to provoke hostility from anyone around him - the werewolves, the Dalish and mad hermit all leave him be.

Installation

There are two versions, one uses the vanilla icon and the other uses the icon from The Icons Project (requires it to be installed). Pick only 1 and copy it to your override folder.

Compatibility

Not compatible with any mod that edits gen_im_acc_amu_am11.uti (except, obviously, The Icons Project). I recommend using Conflict Scanner to find incompatibilities.

If using More Detailed Tooltips - The Icons Project Patch from my mod De-hardcoded Tooltips, make sure Buffed Aneirin's Token loads after - either by removing the UTI file from the patch, or by ensuring this mod's folder name is lexicographically greater than the patch (e.g. by prepending it with 'z').
