I guess it's about time someone does this....
Adds the Shield bone to Ranger and CIA Black Ops models. The XML will not be compatible with any changes to the humans_goodguys.xml. This mod overwrites the standard Rangers and CIA, you are free to take the models as well.
Known info/issues:

[]Undercover CIA was left out because they would never properly draw their sidearm.

]Black Ops will not draw sidearm if poncho is worn prior to pulling out shield.[]This mod will likely break as soon as KHG updates humans_goodguys.xml
[]This mod is not compatible with any other mod replacing humans_goodguys.xml or base units.
