Basic mod that will replace enemy voice lines with ones from Insurgency : Sandstorm. Also includes unused code re-activated such as being spotted while concealed and suicide shout lines.

- All 3 insurgent voices included, although some category may be missing as I couldn't find fitting lines for them.
