Replace the insurgents as a gang of bastard enemies. The kind that keeps chasing and beating you up.
Replace the rebels with enemy USEC. This is a previous mod (Enemy PMC). Now I've updated some new enemies (but also the same appearance of the series). It can also use this mod when you are using the map editor.
