No Grind, Max Tactics

Removes most meta-progression. * Squad ranks and classes are unlocked 10x faster. However, doctrines now require two points each to unlock. You will need to specialise accordingly instead of eventually getting everything buffed. (NOTE: Existing points will need to be reset and respent to function after activating the mod.) * Troopers no longer level up. They start with a moderate skill bonus over their original base stats to spare the tedium of replacing campaign losses, but cannot be identically maxed out for an easier time. * All (base game) weapons and gear may be equipped without spending stars. Deck yourself out tactically for each mission or experiment with different strategies instead of always going with the one boring good gun you happened to buy first.
