All the tools you need to create beautiful weapon recolors
Slayer Decl Library is a collection of recolor bases used to change the color of all the fx, particles, ribbons, and emissive textures of all slayer weapons in doom eternal. Each .decl file has all color values set to an easily replacable digit, making it easy to replace all rgb values at the same time. It also comes with Recolorhelper, a .exe file created by SamPT that replaces all rgb values when a folder of decl file is dragged into it.

Armor pickups
Glory kill highlight (incompatible with recolorhelper)
