Precision Bolt Tweaks

This mod is for people who think Precision Bolt quick swaps is a little too powerful or want to experiment more with Precision Bolt quick swaps.

Changes:

1. The Precision Bolt mod of the Heavy Cannon is given a global cooldown, meaning that the reload cooldown between shots are no longer skipped when switching weapons.

- Because the Precision Bolt's reload cooldown is very fast, this change will only be noticeable when doing continuous two-weapon quick swaps. You will need to execute three-weapon quick swaps to maintain continuous quick swaps with the Precision Bolt.

2. Each shot of the Precision Bolt uses 8 bullet ammo instead of 6 like how it is in BATTLEMODE.

Each mod is not compatible with each other. However, interchangeable versions of the tweaks are created for your convenience.

Each mod comes with an alternate version that removes the sensitivity scaling while zoomed in. They are meant to be compatible with some Viewmodel mods that removes weapon sensitivity changes.
