Special thanks to @elizabethany  because it was they that figured out how to increase the base weapon/weapon mod switching speed.

This mod changes the following :

1. Base movement speed is increased by 50%.

2. Primary and secondary weapon modes no longer decrease the player's movement speed (except those that are purchasable as upgrades,after they are purchased the player's movement speed is returned to 150%).

3. Increased movement speed after glorykill rune has it's duration increased from 4 seconds to 8.

4. Dash travel distance is doubled and using dash underwater no longer reduces dash travel distance/speed.

5. Dash's base cooldown is reduced from 2 seconds to 1.

6. Dash's upgraded cooldown is reduced from 1 second to 0. 5.

7. Base weapon and weapon mod switching speed is increased by 50%.

8. Upgraded weapon and weapon mod switching speed is further increased by 25%.

9. Upgraded ledge grab speed is further increased by 50% (when compared to the "vanilla increase" value).

10.All power-ups have their duration increased by 15 seconds.

11. Double jump's height is increased by 200%.

12. Double barrel shotgun's hook "pull speed" is increased by 13%.

Installation instructions : Follow the instructions in the "eternal-faq" section of the "DOOM 2016+ Modding" discord channel to enable mods for Doom Eternal and then just drop the zip file into your Mods folder.
