Lvl. 3 will periodically shoot rockets that deal splash damage Default Recipe: 20 Scrap, 3 Gears The Dispenser - Upgradeable with a Wrench and Scrap Metal - Provides Health regen in a small aura. Lvl. 3 Includes a Sanity regen aura - Provides various resources per the day segment - Time to heal and day segments increase with each Lvl.
