Configurable Craftable Living Logs

Make living logs craftable and let you configure the recipe. Currently you have to use at least 1 Log to a maximum of 9. You can then add to the reciepe Beard Hairs, nightmare Fuel and Life Giving Amulet (0 to 9 each). You can also select the machine requirement. Please note that selecting Science Machine or Alchemy Engine will lead to the living log beeing listed in the Science crafting Tab. Prestihatitator or Shadow Manipulator will list it under the magic tab. The current default setting is x1 Log x2 Beard Hair x2 Nightmare Fuel x1 Life Giving Amulet at the Prestihatitator Let me know if you think that some other ingredients should be available to use in this recipe.
